Bus Speed Test doesn't collect, store, sell, or share your location. Every speed reading stays on your own device.

When you tap Start, your browser asks whether the site can use your location. If you say yes, your phone shares where you are and how fast you're moving so the dial can show your speed.

All of that happens right in your browser and is gone the moment you close the tab. None of it is sent to a server or saved on your device.

The only thing we hold on to is your display preferences — things like your chosen unit, theme, and dial style — so the page looks the way you left it next time. You can wipe them any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

We don't use tracking cookies.

We may use simple, privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which features people use. They don't use cookies and don't record your IP address, your location, or anything that identifies you personally.

We load fonts from Google Fonts, and the site runs on standard web hosting. Like any website, those services may see basic request details (such as your IP address) just to deliver the page. We never hand them any of your data ourselves.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Anything important will be flagged on the homepage.
